  • What payment methods does NUDEMUDE accept?
    NUDEMUDE offers a diverse range of payment options, including Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, Cash on Delivery (COD), and Tabby. For detailed information on our accepted payment methods, please visit our checkout page during the transaction process.
  • Does NUDEMUDE offer international shipping?
    NUDEMUDE proudly provides international shipping services to cater to customers worldwide. For international orders, shipping rates apply as follows: GCC - AED 50 (2-3 days), Rest of the World - AED 65 (3-7 days). Please be aware that customs duties are the responsibility of the recipient and may vary based on your country's import and tax regulations.
  • How do I return or exchange a NUDEMUDE item?
    HOW TO MAKE A RETURN: Please CLICK HERE to request a return or an exchange. Card Payments: For Card Payments we offer Refunds or Store Credit if requested. Returns for items bought at full-price are accepted within 7 days from the date of purchase. Refunds will be issued in original form of payment (Card Payment only). Please note, Shipping Fees will not be refunded. Cash Payments (COD): We do not offer refunds for Cash Payments (COD). For Cash on delivery orders you will receive either Store Credit or Exchanges. NOTE: Store Credit is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. Sale Items: We do not offer refunds for Any Sale Items. Sale Items can either receive store credit for the same value of the product(s) or Exchange with the same product of different size. If you wish to return, kindly send us an email to contact@nudemude.co.uk and the customer care team will get back to you with all the return shipping instructions. HOW TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE: Please CLICK HERE to request an exchange. For UAE orders, the item(s) must be returned to us within 7 days of first receiving the parcel. Items must be unworn, unwashed & with all tags & original packaging. Once your item(s) have been received and checked by the quality control team you will receive a confirmation email. PROCESSING TIME: We process all of our returns within 7 days of receiving the item(s). You will receive an email approving your return/exchange within 48 hours from the time of your request.
  • How can I track my NUDEMUDE order?
    For orders within the UAE, once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive an email from us containing the shipping details. For international orders, a similar email will be sent along with a tracking number. If you do not receive this email within 48 hours of placing your order, there may have been a technical issue. Check your junk email folder first, and if the email is not there, please contact our customer care team with your order number and name to obtain your tracking number.
  • Can I cancel my NUDEMUDE order?
    Regrettably, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been finalised and paid for, as our team promptly undertakes the task of preparing and dispatching your items. However, you have the option to return your order. Please visit our Returns & Exchanges policy page for more details on how to proceed.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
